CONSULTING SERVICES
I am Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional and Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor offering full-charge bookkeeping, grants management and project management. I provide these services to individuals, small businesses, nonprofits and impact-based organizations led by LGBTQIA2+, BIPOC and Womxn. My extensive experience in event and festival direction provided years of training in budget management and project accounting prior to studying GAAP and bookkeeping practices.
Below is my bookkeeping services structure. All other consulting work is on an hourly basis.

I also process payroll, manage accounts receivable + accounts payable, project accounting, and prepare your books for your tax accountant at the end of the year.

RATES
These rates include all of my services and are not limited to bookkeeping. My standard, flat rates enable me to offer high quality services, pay myself equitably and offer low-cost services to people most directly targeted by oppression and colonization. Solidarity rates are reserved for businesses without resources to access accounting services and are owned by people of color, immigrants, people with disabilities and LGBTQIA2+ folx.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT & SET UP
$1050 (I like to dedicate a month to this phase)
I start all new clients with a quick assessment to review your current financial and operations systems followed by a call to look together at your books and get to know your needs. You can also ask me any questions about how I work. After the call, we’ll create a deliverable that identifies any issues, make recommendations, and ensures the relationship is mutually beneficial.
If you are just getting started with an accounting program, we can make sure it’s correctly configured and orient you to your new system. This can include:
• Setting up your organization on QuickBooks Online, Gusto and/or Bill.com
• Configuring the chart of accounts
• Setting beginning balances for balance sheet accounts
• Setting up bank and/or credit card feeds
• Syncing apps you use like Square, PayPal or Shopify
• An orientation on the basics of information entry and pulling reports
ONGOING BOOKKEEPING & SERVICES
$85/hr (with a $510 per month retainer)
Grant writing, project management and event production are all fully customized to your needs.
Ongoing bookkeeping tasks can include:
• Input all transactions for bank and/or credit card accounts
• Reconcile bank and/or credit card accounts
• Provide Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and any other reports / statements needed
• Accounts payable & receivable
• Project accounting
• Journal entries
• Running and recording payroll
• Record keeping and filing
• 1099 & W2 preparation and filing
